Vision
It is our vision to be of significant value to the UCF community and to be nationally recognized as a leader among Counseling Centers, providing helping resources of the highest quality to enhance students' progress toward the fulfillment of their personal development and the completion of their education. We strive to expand our roles as helping professionals by being proactive and responsive to the changing needs of the growing and diversifying student population, and to continue developing our services and training programs which meet standards of excellence in our profession.

Mission
The Counseling Center at the University of Central Florida is a department in the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES). Our mission is to serve as an essential resource for UCF students who seek assistance with developmental and mental-health related concerns. We provide short-term, culturally sensitive counseling, training, consultation, and other collaborative and programmatic services.
